Ltd. to create heat transfer laboratory in 2002,has always been committed to the core of the heat conduction technology R & D.From domestic and foreign well-known heat transfer experts composed of R & D team, the effective heat conduction technology applied to high power LED heat radiation, heat exchange application field of energy-saving and environmental protection.After in-depth research and innovation, we have made great achievement,what is successfully introduced the HengJie heat column LED High bay heat sink to the market,to make up for the defects of the aluminum heat sink in the market in 2008.The new heat sink can effectively control, greatly prolongs the service life of LED light source, and after a few years, sold at home and abroad, occupying a large market share in the existing high power LED heat sink parts area, has the good reputation and customer satisfaction.And now,Hengjie was invited to join the Zhejiang province LED Lighting Association, and promoted to the Zhejiang province county level R & D center.

Enterprise History:

2002:Establishment of the Hengjie Heat Transfer Laboratory.

2007:Jiashan Hengjie Heat-Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2008:The birth of the first Hengjie heat column heat sink for LED high bay ,This is the first on the market with the "core" heat sink.

2010:Fins series heat column heat sink was born, effectively reduce weight, rewrite the heavy history of LED high bay heat sink.

2011:Expansion of the plant to 2000 square meters, passed ISO9001 certification, access to a national patent, proud to be the focus on one of Jiaxing Science and Technology Bureau.

2012:Rocket series LED high bay heat sink was born to further reduce the weight of the heat sink, to improve performance, increase productivity. Hengjie patent products, was invited to join the Zhejiang province LED Lighting Association, and promoted to the Zhejiang province county level. R & D center.

Ⅱ.Working Principle：

Hengjie heat sink adopts the portfolio mode of Hengjie heat column plus radiating sinks, making it possible to realize the change from prompt heat transfer to radiating. Highlighting the designing philosophy of heat column(heat superconductors) with sinks made of aluminum profile, the series of products, in accordance with the transformation principle of the two-fluid technology of heat column, starts to operate when the chip reaches 28℃, and takes away the heat off the LED light source and radiates the heat through the sinks in the process of “liquid-vapor-liquid” transformation. Advantage:
·The heat column heat sink can function at temperature lower than 30℃, and provide protection as soon as the LED begins to heat;
·Due to the efficiency of the heat conductivity of heat column, the heat of the LED chip can be transferred rapidly;
·The isothermal nature of heat column maintains the stability of radiating capacity of the heat column heat sink;
·The radiating sinks are arranged vertically which is beneficial for cross ventilation. Comparing with sinks arranged horizontally, sinks arranged vertically can better prevent the sinks from dust.
